These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of birthday.rsyyachts.com (the “Website”) and to bookings made with RSY Yachts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
RSY Yachts provides private yacht charters and birthday celebration packages in Dubai, including options for kids’ birthdays, milestone birthdays, surprise parties, DJ parties and all-inclusive celebrations. Each package’s guest capacity, duration, yacht size and inclusions are shown on the Website and confirmed with you before you book.
All bookings are subject to yacht and date availability. Availability shown on the Website or discussed in a chat is not guaranteed until we confirm your booking in writing.
A booking is confirmed only after we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation. The remaining balance is due [before boarding / on the day — confirm]. Payment methods are [list accepted methods — confirm].

Items included in your package are those listed for that package at the time of booking. Add-ons such as DJ, catering, water sports, photography and custom decor are charged separately unless stated otherwise. We will confirm add-on availability and pricing in writing.
We may take photos or videos during your charter. We will use them for marketing only with your permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the charter. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We work to keep Website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and availability shown on the Website may change without notice.
All text, images, logos, designs and other content on the Website belong to RSY Yachts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
The Website may include links or embedded content from third parties, such as Google reviews and maps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or websites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.
